I bas through all the processes of working for gyms and then having independent clients, and just figuring it out, figuring it out how I wanted to have a business and being self-employed, and about 5 years into that, I was introduced to somebody named Craig Ballantyne who is a genius when it comes to digital products for the fitness industry, and he started talking about the idea of being an online personal trainer, which made no sense to me.
